I believe the most effective way to prepare for your graduate entry medicine (and undergrad) interviews is to be mindful of the things they may ask you before you embark on your work experience.

That way your mind is primed, and you can easily create authentic and personal stories that are specifically targeted to wards winning the maximum points on the scoring sheet. I remember having really no idea whether or not the preparation I was doing for my GEM interviews was useful or not - and this guide is a resource that I wish I had owned.

This small guide will aim to give you the tools to create thoughtfully structured answers from your experiences. It will run through the eight key personality traits that schools generally like to ask about, providing examples of my own experiences observing them in practice. It will then introduce a template for reflection, and run through a worked example - to give you ideas for creating your own stories.

I honestly believe this is a very valuable tool to be used for medical school application prep, and I hope you agree!
